Oyster eCademy is a new online tuition provider being established by a team of highly experienced senior school leaders and alternative provision (AP) providers.

Although we are a new organisation, our leadership team brings extensive experience across education, safeguarding, inclusion, SEND and alternative provision. We are building Oyster eCademy around a clear belief that every learner has potential and that the right support can help them develop the confidence, skills and resilience they need to succeed.

As we grow, we are looking for passionate and committed Online Tutors to become part of our founding tutoring team.

About the role

Our tutors do more than deliver lessons. They build positive relationships, confidence and a sense of achievement.

You will provide engaging and purposeful online tuition that is responsive to each learner's individual needs. You will help learners recognise their strengths, overcome barriers to learning and develop greater confidence in themselves as learners.

We are particularly interested in tutors who have experience supporting learners with SEND, additional needs or barriers to learning, although SEND specialism is not essential.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Oyster eCademy at an early stage and help shape the culture and quality of our growing tutoring team.

We are looking for tutors who:
