Operations Manager (AHT agency & Tutors on Set) – Part-Time, Remote

We are looking for a calm, organised education professional to join us as a Part-Time Operations Manager, supporting both our Tutors on Set work (providing education for children involved in film, TV, and performance) and other specialist education support delivered in flexible contexts.

This role would suit someone from an education background (e.g. teacher, tutor, SEN or pastoral role) who enjoys organisation, systems, and supporting others, and is interested in stepping into a broader operational role while remaining closely connected to education and safeguarding.

You’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations, including tutor onboarding, documentation, compliance, scheduling, and communication with tutors, families, and partner organisations. You’ll also play a key role in reviewing and improving systems and processes to help the business run smoothly and professionally as it grows.

We’re looking for someone with strong judgement, excellent organisation, an understanding of the education and safeguarding landscape, and confidence using technology, including learning new systems and suggesting improvements where they add value.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9.00am–3.00pm (30 hours per week)

Salary: £23,000–£27,000 pro rata

Location: Fully remote (UK-based)
