Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through various methods, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding student performance.
- Contribute to a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.
Experience and Qualifications:
- A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) is essential (minimum 2 years);
- An advantage if experienced teaching 7/10/11 plus (common entry exam);
- Previous teaching experience in a classroom setting is highly desirable;
- Strong understanding of UK curriculum development and assessment practices;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues;
- Proficiency in using technology for teaching purposes is advantageous;
- A passion for education and a genuine desire to make a difference in students' lives.
