Tutor - History

Triquetra Education is a socially conscious, academically rigorous tuition provider based in Oxford. We are currently seeking a motivated and academically excellent History tutor to work in person with a high-achieving Year 11 student. She is currently studying at a prestigious independent school in Oxford and board during the weeks. The tuition will take place once a week in Headington at the student's home, beginning in the new academic term (likely weekends, to be confirmed). She would also like to book some holiday sessions from August 16th prior to the new term starting.

What We're Looking For

• Strong academic background in History – ideally with a degree in History (or related subject), and A Level results of B/A/A* or equivalent

• Experience working with children or young people is desirable, but not essential

• Ability to work independently and complete light admin (via TutorBird- training given)

• Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check if not already in place

• Organised, professional, and reliable, with a student-centred approach
