Position: Academic Tutor
Location: Cambridgeshire or Remote (Office is based in Fenland)
Hours: Part-time / Full-time
Salary: minimum £30 per hour increasing depending on group size

Role Summary
We are seeking knowledgeable and enthusiastic Tutors to join our team. The ideal candidate will work one-on-one or in small groups with students, helping them to fulfil their full potential. This is a great opportunity for educators who are passionate about making a positive impact and helping students thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions with students of various academic levels.
• Assess students’ strengths and areas for improvement to create tailored learning plans.
• Provide guidance on academic content, test preparation, study skills, and organisation.
• Encourage and motivate students to achieve their academic goals.
• Track and report on student progress, offering feedback to students and parents as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous tutoring or teaching experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Passion for teaching and commitment to student success.
• Certification in tutoring or teaching (preferred but not required).

TUTORQUEST is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. We require our Tutors to hold a current Enhanced DBS check and provide support for completing the necessary safeguarding training.
